Naglahad ng ebidensya ang kampo ni Rizalito David kaugnay ng disqualification case na isinampa nito laban kay Sen. Grace Poe sa Senate Electoral Tribunal o SET.
Sa panayam ng DWIZ, binigyang diin ni Atty. Manuelito Luna, abogado ni David, na hindi natural born Filipino citizen si Poe.
Paliwanag ni Luna, base kasi sa consular documents, sinasabi roon na noong September 2011 ay gumagamit si Poe ng U.S. passport sa tuwing nagtutungo ito sa Estados Unidos.
Giit ng abogado, patunay ito na binawi ng senadora ang kanyang oath of renunciation ng american citizenship.
“Sya (Sen. Poe) ay pwedeng naturalized pero hindi natural born and therefore not qualified to seat as senator of the Republic of the Philippines.”
