Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Catalino Cuy bilang Officer-in-Charge (OIC) ng DILG o Department of Interior and Local Government.
Effective immediately ang appointment ni Cuy makaraang sibakin sa pwesto si dating DILG Secretary Mike Sueno.
Pansamantalang pamumunuan ni Cuy ang ahensya upang epektibong maihatid ang serbisyo hanggang sa makapagtalaga si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng bagong DILG Secretary.
Si Cuy ay kasalukuyang Undersecretary ng DILG.
