Nahaharap sa isa na namang reklamo sa Office of the Ombudsman si Senator Leila de Lima.
Ito’y bunsod ng sinasabing pakikipag-relasyon ni De Lima sa kanyang dating driver-bodyguard na si Ronnie Dayan noong siya’y kalihim ng Department of Justice (DOJ).
Sa reklamo ni dating Manila Councilor Greco Belgica, hinimok niya ang Anti-Graft Agency na magsagawa ng imbestigasyon at panagutin si De Lima dahil sa umano’y gross misconduct at conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service.
