Ipinunto ni VP Sara, malabo siyang masangkot sa flood control anomalies dahil wala namang flood control projects sa Office of the Vice President at sa Department of Education.
Aniya, mapatutunayan mismo ng mga contractor at ni dating Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan na wala siyang mga proyekto sa Department of Public Works and Highways.
Dagdag pa ng bise presidente, walang insertion sa OVP budget at hindi siya sumasali sa pagsingit ng pondo o insertion.
