Naglatag ang isang telco ng SIM Registration Assistance Desks sa 51 lugar sa bansa bilang suporta sa eighth leg ng SIM registration assistance program ng National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) mula March 13 hanggang 17, 2023.
Nabatid na ang pakikiisa ng Globe sa inisyatiba ay pagpapakita ng commitment nito na magkaloob ng excellent service sa mga customer nito anuman ang lokasyon, at matulungan silang makatugon sa April 26, 2023 deadline na itinakda sa ilallm ng batas.
“We recognize the significance of staying connected. With our SIM registration booths stationed throughout the country, we aim to make the process as convenient and straightforward as possible for all. We urge our customers to take advantage of these facilities to avoid disruption in their mobile and broadband services,” wika ni Globe Channel Management Group Head Cleo Santos.

Maliban sa pagsuporta sa NTC-led SIM registration, nauna na ring inilunsad ng telco ang kanilang sariling on-ground initiatives para magkaloob ng onsite assistance. Samantala, ang kanilang online platform (https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg) at ang app ay bukas 24/7 para mas maging kumbinyente sa mga customer ang pagpaparehistro ng kanilang SIMs.
Layon nitong matulungan ang lahat ng customers, partikular ang mga nahihirapang magparehistro tulad ng senior citizens, disabled persons, pregnant women, gumagamit ng basic phones, at yaong walang internet access.
Ang mga customer na gumagamit ng At Home Prepaid WiFi ay maaari ring dalhin ang kanilang device sa SIM Registration Assistance Desks para makahingi ng tulong sa pagpaparehistro ng kanilang SIMs.
