Kinasuhan ni Senator Antonio Trillanes IV sa Office of the Ombudsman ng kasong plunder si Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
Ayon kay Trillanes, ito ay para sa pagkuha ni Duterte ng 11,000 ghost employees noong 2014.
Kumpiyansa si Trillanes na maaaring mayroon din kinuhang mga ghost employees ang alkalde noong mga nakaraan nitong termino.
