Aminado ang National Task Force on COVID-19 na hindi na kakayanin ng resources ng bansa ang pagpapahaba pa ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
Dahil dito, sinabi ni Chief Implementer Carlito Galvez na naglatag sila ng general operation concept para sa transition mula sa ECQ patungo sa general community quarantine (GCQ).
Nakaangkla pa rin anya ang mga ito sa mga gabay ng World Health Organization at sa istratehiya na test trace and treat.
Our plan is COVID carrier centric, meaning to contain the virus we have to focus our intervention on the carriers. Our revised operational framework added the prevention prior to detection phase and the adoption of the end-to-end T3 management system for COVID-19 carriers which mean; test, trace and treat,” ani Galvez.
