Naaresto ng mga kawani ng CIDG Detection and Special Operations Unit sa Pasig City si Wilfredo Toraya ang itinuturing na number 2 most wanted person sa Bohol.
Ayon kay CIDG Chief Supt. Victor Deona, naaresto si Toraya sa bisa ng dalawang warrant of arrest na inilabas ni RTC Judge Jennifer Chavez – Marcos ng Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
Si Toraya ay nahaharap sa kasong pagpatay at illegal possession of firearms.
