Umabot sasa P2.2 billion ang halaga ng naipalabas na pondo ng PAG-IBIG Fund para so socialized housing loan program sa unang quarter, mas mataas ng 34% kumpara sa first quarter ng 2020.
Mula sa 20,712 na kabuuang bilang ng naaprubahan na housing loan ng PAG-IBIG mula Enero hanggang Marso ngayong taon.
5,074 dito nasa ilalim ng Affordable Housing Program kung saan ng isang minimum-wage earner ay maaaring makahiram ng hanggang P580,000 para socialized housing at hanggang P750,000 naman para sa pagbili ng socialized condo unit.?
