Sa memorandum na in-isyu ni Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Romeo Lumagui Junior, exempted sa VAT ang 12 gamot para sa cancer.
4 naman na gamot sa hypertension at mental illness ang hindi na sisingilin ng nabanggit na buwis.
