Naghain ng panukala si Senador Sonny Angara na bubuo ng mga resource centers para sa mga Indigenous People (IPs).
Sa ilalim ng senate bill 1167 o ang Resource Centers for Indigenous Peoples Act of 2022, layunin nitong magtayo ng Indigenous Cultural Communities o Resource Centers (ICC) sa mga lugar na tutukuyin ng National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).
Ayon kay Angara, mayroong mahigit 100 na IP group sa Pilipinas na binubuo sa pagitan ng 14 – 17- M ICC.
