Pinaburan ng 21 mambabatas ang mosyon na nagsasabing mayroong suffiency in form ang mga impeachment complaints na isinampa laban kina Supreme Court Chief Justice Teresita De Castro, SC Associate Justices Diosdado Peralta, Luzas Bersamin, Andres Reyes, Francis Jardeleza, Noel Tijam at Alexander Gesmundo.
Nahaharap sa Culpable Violation of the Constitution at Betrayal of Public Trust ang mga nabanggit na mahistrado ng Korte Suprema matapos na bumoto pabor sa quo warranto petititon laban kay Sereno.
Sina Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman, Ifugao Rep. Teddy Baguilat at Magdalo Partylist Rep. Gary Alejano ang siyang naghain ng reklamo.
