Pinayuhan ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque si UN Rapporteur Agnes Callamard na iwasang magtungo sa isang bansa kung hindi siya imbitado tulad ng ginawa niya sa Pilipinas.
Ginawa ito ni Roque kasunod ng panibagong pagbira ng Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kay Callamard at binantaan pa itong sasampalin kapag sila ay nagkita.
Ipinaliwanag ni Roque na bagamat ang pagbisita ni Callamard sa bansa noong Mayo ay para dumalo lamang sa isang pulong, patuloy naman itong nagbibigay ng komento hinggil sa mga di umano’y paglabag sa kaparatang pantao ng administrasyon.
