Sa isang press conference sa Davao City, inanunsiyo ni Duterte na ang kanyang chief aide na si Christopher “Bong” Go ay ang hepe ng Presidential Management Staff o PMS.
Itinalaga naman bilang kalihim ng Presidential Communications Operations Office o PCOO si TV news anchor Martin Andanar.
Magiging hepe rin ng Land Transportation Office si dating Police General Edgar Galvante.
Kasabay nito, iniluklok bilang undersecretary ng Department of Labor and Employment o DOLE si dating Anakpawis Rep. Joel Maglungsod.
Inamin ni Duterte na si Maglungsod ay dating miyembro ng New People’s Army o NPA.
