Presidential Communications Office Secretary Martin Andanar guested LIVE in today’s episode of IZ Balita Nationwide (Morning).
Interviewed by DWIZ Program Director Ely Aligora, Andanar discussed some controversies the Duterte administration is facing these days and its plans for the 2017.
He also noted the preparation of the government for the ASEAN 2017 set to be held in the Philippines is ongoing, adding that the government will try to conduct information campaign to different provinces in the country for Filipinos to fully understand what ASEAN Summit is all about.
He asserted that ASEAN Summit is a good chance for the Philippines to meet potential partners for economic progress.
Meanwhile, he thanked the public for the continuous support and trust given to President Rodrigo Duterte, saying that they are confident enough to maintain the high ratings of the President.
This year, he said that the campaign against illegal drugs of the administration will still be sustained, he also added that Filipinos can expect good infra constructions in the coming years that will generate jobs and investments.
Lastly, he reiterated that his hopes are up for a progressive Philippines under the administration of President Duterte.
