Inatasan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang mga kinauukulan na pagkalooban ng service recognition incentive o SRI ang mga empleyado ng executive department at one-time rice allowance ang lahat ng mga kawani ng gobyerno ngayong taon.
Batay sa direktiba ng Presidente, ipinag-utos nito ang pagbibigay ng pantay-pantay na service incentive sa lahat ng executive department personnel na hindi hihigit sa P20,000.
Saklaw ng kautusan ang mga civilian personnel sa mga national government agencies, state universities and colleges o SUCs, government-owned or controlled corporations o GOCCs, regular, contractual o casual employees, pulis, sundalo, at maging ang mga fire at jail personnel sa ilalim ng DILG.
Ang mga tauhan naman ng Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) ay ‘entitled’ din na makatatanggap ng nasabing insentibo.
