A beauty queen formally filed violation Anti-Bastos Law against Patrolman Alvin Bonales, Police Officer of the Aviation Security Group, National Capital Region for alleged touching her private parts upon arrival from Boracay at NAIA Terminal 3, Friday night.
Ms. Ahtisa Manalo, 25 years old filed the initial complaint at the airport police Department at NAIA T3 Friday evening accusing Patrolman Alvin Bonales of deliberately touching her butt at the NAIA T3 arrival area.
Manalo said she arrived from Boracay last friday night and while waiting for her ride home, Patrolman Bonales & approached he and touched her butt and said, “ang seksi mo naman”.

airport General Manager Cesar Chiong immediately orders the review of CCTV that collaborated the beauty queen’s complaint, GM Chiong also orders a parallel investigation on the incident Colonel Rhoderick Campo, Chief of ASG NCR immediately arrested Patrolman Alvin Bonales after Manalo filed the formal complaint and he is now charged criminally for violation of the Safe Space Act or Bawal Bastos Law, and will be charged administratively.
