Sinuspinde ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta ang trabaho sa hudikatura sa Lunes, December 23.
Gayunman sa inisyung memorandum order ni Peralta iginiit nito ang skeletal workforce sa mga tanggapan sa Korte Suprema tulad ng office of the clerk of court en banc, office of the division clerk of court, first second at third division, judicial records office, fiscal management and budget division, office of the administrative services ng high tribunal at OCA.
Bukod pa ito sa Court of Appeals, Sandiganbayan, court of tax appeals at lahat ng first at second level courts.
Sinabi ni Peralta na lahat ng opisyal at empleyado na magtatrabaho sa December 23 ay may karapatang sa isang araw na compensatory time off. — ulat mula kay Bert Mozo (Patrol 3)
